To address this, we founded Jasco Business Solutions, dedicated to supporting the communities we serve with transparent, affordable, and reliable business formation services.
States require your business to have a registered agent. We act as your registered agent so, instead of using your personal address for paperwork and filings, we use ours. We accept service of process on your behalf, send you reports, filing reminders, and you always have access to your state business forms. This way you can keep your mailbox free and ensure that no notices or processes were missed!
Some providers offer $0 or “starter” packages under $99. They almost never include the operating agreement template, which is the sole governing document of your business, or the Employer ID Number, which is required to open a bank account for your business. When they add these two critical components, the fee is almost always at least $199 and can cost over $299.
