On Thursday, September 19, 2024, Tapestry Networks facilitated the “Reimagining the Future of Talent” forum at Spelman College in Atlanta Georgia. The forum explored talent, technology, culture, access, and opportunity through a dialogue with board members, top executives of large companies, thought leaders and Spelman students and faculty to discuss how companies can effectively approach the changing work environment.

Our founder, James Cole, Jr. was a part of this thought-provoking conversation at Spelman that spanned generations. James was inspired by Spelman College students at the Tapestry Reimagining the Future of Talent Forum.

They discussed Cultivating Leadership for Tomorrow’s Workplace, Addressing Talent in the Healthcare Industry, and Navigating the Intersection of Talent, Technology and Entrepreneurialism.
